Job Title: IT Recruiter – Fresher Location: Suryapet Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our team as IT Recruiters . The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Understand client job requirements and identify suitable candidates. Source candidates from job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial phone screening to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and communication skills. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/vendors. Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding process. Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers regularly. Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future opportunities. Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to close positions on time. Learn and understand visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, TN, etc.) for US staffing requirements. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment process is a plus. Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Quick learner with a positive attitude. Eligibility: Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate – B.Tech, MBA, BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.) Freshers are welcome to apply. Good English communication is mandatory. Preferred Skills: Interest in IT Staffing / Recruitment industry. Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing is a plus. Basic understanding of IT technologies is an added advantage.
