We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR intern - talent acquisition to support our recruitment function. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in hiring and talent strategy, with hands-on exposure to sourcing, stakeholder coordination, and candidate experience management. You will work closely with the talent acquisition team to identify, engage, and onboard high-quality talent across functions. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Support end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding coordination Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social platforms, and internal databases Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and hiring criteria Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidate fit, communication skills, and role alignment Coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience Maintain and update recruitment trackers, pipelines, and candidate databases Draft and publish job descriptions across relevant platforms with strong positioning Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and closure Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines Support onboarding coordination including documentation follow-ups and pre-joining engagement About Company: We are a leading influencer marketing agency with an influencer network in 16 countries, including India.
