About the Role

This role involves creating engaging video content for various business purposes, including social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. As a Video Editing and Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and editing videos that captivate our audience and drive business results. You will also be handling social media content creation, including writing captions, selecting visuals, and scheduling posts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement video content strategies for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Conceptualize, script, and edit high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content, including graphics, captions, and hashtags.
• Manage and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
• Work closely with the content team to develop and execute content marketing strategies that drive business results.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and content marketing.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling captions and social media content.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and Adobe Creative Suite.
