About the Role
As a Sales Marketing, BDM (Business Development Manager), and BDE (Business Development Executive), you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing effective marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and customer service.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or D2D environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
- Certifications in sales and marketing, such as HubSpot or Google Analytics, are a plus.
