About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling medical diagnostic products to healthcare professionals and institutions in Delhi. This will involve building relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of our products.
You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and provide feedback on product development.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow business in Delhi
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and diagnostic centers
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to educate customers about our products
- Provide market feedback and insights to the product development team to inform product innovation
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our products remain competitive
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
- 1-4 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in CRM software a plus
- Knowledge of the medical diagnostics industry and market trends in India
