Sales Development Representative - Fresher
Job Description
About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Computek, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and communication with potential clients.
Day-to-day, you will engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to understand their needs and tailor Computek's offerings to meet those needs.
Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders is crucial to driving sales growth and expanding Computek's customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through research, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update contact information, and analyze sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights.
