• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Relevant certifications, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing, are a plus.
