About the Role

This is a

Service Desk Support role

where selected candidates will provide technical assistance to clients and end-users. The role involves troubleshooting IT issues, resolving tickets, and ensuring smooth functioning of computer systems and IT services.

Candidates will work closely with internal IT teams to provide quick and effective technical support while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues.

Log, track, and resolve service desk tickets within SLA timelines.

Troubleshoot hardware and software-related problems.

Escalate complex technical issues to internal IT teams.

Maintain knowledge base articles for faster issue resolution.

Provide excellent customer support in a professional manner.

Skills Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.

Client-focused and problem-solving mindset.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

2025 & 2026 graduates from any 3-year full-time UG degree:

BCom

BCA

BSc

BA

BBA

B.Voc

BMS and others

Minimum 50% throughout academics (X, XII, Diploma, UG).

No standing arrears/backlogs at the time of application and joining.

Students pursuing full-time postgraduate courses are not eligible.

Open only to Indian Nationals/OCIs residing in India.
