Investment Banking Specialist

About the Role

As an Investment Banking Specialist at Coeus Advisors Private Limited, you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, valuations, and financial modeling to support investment banking transactions. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, and other financial transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and valuations to support investment banking transactions
• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze client data and provide strategic advice
• Assist in due diligence and transaction analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders to drive business growth
• Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and strategies

Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling tools such as Excel, Financial Modeling, and other software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations
• Certifications such as CFA or CAIA are a plus
