CRM & Integrations Intern

About the Role

This CRM & Integrations Intern role is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to dive into the world of CRM systems, business automation, and software integrations. You'll work closely with the product and development teams to configure CRM workflows, manage data, and support integrations.

As a CRM & Integrations Intern, you'll have the opportunity to learn and work with Python scripts for simple automation and integration tasks, and help troubleshoot CRM-related issues and coordinate with the development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and configuring Close CRM.
• Create and update contacts, opportunities, custom fields, and pipelines.
• Help configure email templates, SMS templates, and basic workflow automations.
• Support integrations between Close CRM and platforms such as Salesmsg, Typeform, Jotform, and internal applications.
• Assist in testing API integrations and validating CRM data.
• Learn and work with Python scripts for simple automation and integration tasks.
• Help troubleshoot CRM-related issues and coordinate with the development team.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for CRM configurations and processes.
• Perform data cleanup, imports, and validation to ensure CRM accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Basic knowledge of Python programming.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn CRM platforms and business processes.
• Exposure to any CRM platform (Close CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of webhooks or API integrations is a plus.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier or Make is a plus.
• Understanding of SQL is a plus.
