Hiring: Recruitment Intern (Full-Time | 3 Months) Codelinear builds scalable systems across growth, automation, and engineering- enabling businesses to operate efficiently, scale sustainably, and execute with clarity. Codelinear is hiring a Recruitment Intern to support talent acquisition across design, technology, and marketing functions. Key Responsibilities: Talent sourcing through LinkedIn Jobs, Internshala, and other hiring platforms Candidate screening and shortlisting Interview coordination and follow-up management Supporting onboarding and internal hiring operations Requirements: Available full-time, Monday to Friday (10 AM – 7 PM) Strong communication and coordination skills Process-oriented with strong attention to detail Understanding of recruitment workflows and sourcing strategies Please note: This is a dedicated recruitment and hiring operations role with limited onboarding and employee coordination responsibilities. Stipend will be discussed with shortlisted candidates during the interview process.
