JD- Human Resources Payroll Assist in Payroll Management Assist in Compliance Management Assist in Payroll Audit and Pan India Payroll Compliance. Assist in HR Audit. Operations Record Management Maintain New employee files. Prepare and record Appointment Letters, Transfer Letters, Probation Review, Confirmation Letters, any other letter related to the employee. Attendance Management Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of leave and work attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy. End to end responsible for managing Payroll inputs (Attendance, Leaves, Variable inputs) and managing queries of employees on leave and attendance. Identity cum Access Card management. Medical Insurance Handle Complete end to end Medical Insurance for PAN India Employee's and Group Companies Other Activities To assist in all HR Projects as and when they come. Assist in Employee Engagement activities. Provides clerical support to the HR department. Assists with planning and execution of special events Performs other duties as assigned. Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database Requirements and specific skills: Fresher Graduate Highly proficient in Excel.
