Human Resources (HR) Executive - Fresher

About the Role
As a Human Resources (HR) Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks, recruitment processes, and employee engagement activities. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records. You will also be involved in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
- Assist in scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and coordinating with interview panels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as training sessions, team-building events, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
