Associate Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in the Healthcare domain (preferred) to act as a bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams. This role requires someone who can ensure clear understanding, documentation, and delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in product thinking, requirement gathering, UI/UX conceptualization, and end-to-end solution design. Exposure to Zoho Corporation ecosystem will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Create concept designs to product requirements in the form of visual prototypes, wireframes, or SRS documents.
• Analyze market competition and position the product line to appeal to end consumers.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and convert them into functional specifications and/or technical requirements.
• Conduct functional/technical feasibility studies for new products and services.
• Work with project stakeholders to ensure requirements are achievable and exhibit good presentation and communication skills at all levels of management and operation.
• Prepare functional artifacts like BRD/FSD with business process flows and prototype requirements to generate wireframes.
