Role Objective To support warehouse finance and inventory operations by ensuring accurate stock tracking, maintaining operational reports, and minimizing stock-out situations through timely coordination and monitoring. Key Responsibilities Track inventory movement and maintain stock-related reports and trackers Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to ensure product availability Monitor stock levels and proactively highlight potential out-of-stock situations Assist in inventory reconciliation and data validation activities Maintain accurate inward/outward stock records and documentation Support preparation of operational MIS and inventory-related reports Help identify gaps in stock planning and process inefficiencies Ensure proper documentation and record management across warehouse operations What You Will Learn Hands-on exposure to warehouse finance and inventory management Understanding of stock planning, reconciliation, and operational coordination Experience working with ERP systems and operational reporting Exposure to supply chain and warehouse processes in a fast-growing startup environment Requirements Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field Good analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage data accurately Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills Location Sector 44, Gurgaon
