About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Clientell AI, you will be responsible for developing and deploying cutting-edge AI-powered solutions using Python, JavaScript, and REST APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient software systems. Your primary focus will be on leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Bulk APIs to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered software solutions using Python, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Deploy and maintain scalable and efficient software systems using Bulk APIs and LLMs.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues using debugging tools and techniques.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and software development.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for future reference.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript programming languages.
• Experience with REST APIs and Bulk APIs.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in software development.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and its integration with AI-powered solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in software development, preferably in AI and machine learning.
