About the Role

In this Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst role, you'll be working closely with the marketing team to analyze and optimize their campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your day-to-day tasks will involve data analysis, campaign performance tracking, and providing insights to improve future marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to the marketing team
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute A/B testing and experimentation
• Collaborate with the data team to ensure data quality and integrity
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
• Provide training and support to other team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of SQL and data analysis principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
