About the Role

GuestCare365 is a cloud-based hotel management platform by CirrusCloud Systems that helps hotels streamline operations, elevate the guest experience, and grow revenue.

We're hiring a driven Business Development Executive to grow our footprint across the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and connect with hotels, resorts, service apartments, and homestays.
  • Customer Engagement: Reach hotel owners, General Managers, Operations Managers, and other decision-makers.
  • Product Demonstration: Present the GuestCare365 suite — PMS, GuestCare, Booking Engine, and Channel Manager.
  • Sales & Closing: Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
  • Relationship Management: Follow up consistently, build long-term customer relationships, and generate referrals from existing clients.
  • CRM & Reporting: Log daily activities in the CRM, keep the pipeline accurate (leads, meetings, proposals), and submit daily and weekly sales reports.

What You'll Need

  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Odia.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence engaging hotel owners and senior decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable with regular travel for client meetings.

Resume Tip

Prior experience selling hotel software, SaaS products, ERP, CRM, POS systems, or IT products/services is a strong plus.
