About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Cinuniverse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software products.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and develop test cases.
• Analyze technical documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify potential defects.
• Use Jira and Azure to track and manage defects, and ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of software products.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts using various tools and technologies.
• Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in Jira, CI/CD, and Azure.
• Knowledge of authentication and hospitality-related technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
