Intern - NOC/ Monitoring (India)

About the Role

As an Intern - NOC/ Monitoring at CHI NETWORKS, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health of our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations 24x7. You will work closely with our NOC team to identify and resolve issues, and contribute to the development of our managed services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues before they impact our customers.
• Collaborate with the NOC team to resolve technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our managed services offerings.
• Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles and documentation for our NOC processes.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24x7 coverage and respond to critical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing, Linux, and Windows server.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
• Experience with NOC tools and software, such as Nagios or SolarWinds.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Certifications in CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
