Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kolkata, with flexibility for some work-from-home options. As an Academic Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales of CHESTA's academic programs and services. Primary responsibilities include connecting with potential students, understanding their preparation needs, providing program guidance, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and academic teams to improve service offerings and ensure an excellent customer experience. Qualifications Sales and Marketing skills, with experience in lead generation and achieving sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students and clients Knowledge of civil services exams or a background in the education sector is highly advantageous Proficiency in using CRM software, tools, and basic data analysis Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
