The Captain Waiter will oversee table service operations, ensure excellent customer experiences, and coordinate with team members to maintain high-quality food and beverage service. Responsibilities include managing the dining area, promptly addressing guest needs, ensuring team adherence to service standards, and assisting in training junior staff members. The Captain Waiter will also support in creating a welcoming ambiance and resolving customer inquiries or concerns. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Food & Beverage knowledge and expertise in Food Service operations Understanding of basic Cooking techniques and ability to collaborate with kitchen staff Ability to lead a team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
