Security Engineer - MSP (Email Security)

About the Role

As a Security Engineer - MSP (Email Security) at Check Point Software, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure email security solutions for our clients. This involves working closely with our technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex email security issues, as well as providing technical support and guidance to our customers.

Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing and mitigating email-based threats, implementing email authentication protocols, and collaborating with our sales engineering teams to develop and deliver technical presentations to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure email security solutions for clients, including email authentication protocols and threat mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex email security issues, providing timely and effective solutions to customers.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations to customers, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our email security solutions.
• Work closely with sales engineering teams to develop and deliver sales enablement content, including technical success plans and technical account management strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest email security threats and trends, providing proactive problem-solving and technical expertise to our customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement email security solutions, including solutions architects and technical account managers.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, including email security best practices and technical troubleshooting.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in security engineering, sales engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of email authentication protocols, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Experience with email security solutions, including threat mitigation and incident response.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in email security tools and technologies.
