Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales Executive specializing in Franchise Sales. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying and engaging potential franchisees, presenting the brand's business model, and closing franchise agreements. Responsibilities include researching market opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, managing leads, and coordinating end-to-end franchise sales processes. The role also involves representing Chai Waale at industry events and contributing to the company's business expansion goals. Qualifications Proven sales skills and experience in business development, ideally in franchise sales or the QSR industry Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Good understanding of market research, lead generation, and customer engagement techniques Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software Ability to work independently and meet sales targets A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the food and beverage industry and knowledge of franchise regulations are added advantages
