Human Resources Executive
About the Role
Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR documentation Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee induction processes Track attendance, leaves, and coordinate salary sheet submissions with Accounts Handle employee queries, engagement activities, and basic conflict resolution Coordinate with outlet supervisors for staffing issues, shift management, and urgent requirements Handle resignation processes, exit formalities, and offboarding documentation Requirements Ability to handle high-volume hiring and pressure situations Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing channels Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee management Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
