SAP SD Consultant

About the Role

As an SAP SD Consultant at CGI, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) modules to meet the business requirements of clients. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand the client's sales processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements. You will also be required to provide training and support to end-users on the SAP SD system.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP SD modules to meet business requirements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client's sales processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
• Provide training and support to end-users on the SAP SD system
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP SD configurations and processes
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements
• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure SAP SD system is meeting business objectives

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in SAP SD implementation and configuration
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD modules and their integration with other SAP systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SAP SD tools and technologies
