Campus Activation Associate

About the Role

As a Campus Activation Associate at Cerkle, you will be responsible for building a strong physical presence and brand awareness for the company across various college campuses in Kolkata. This involves traveling to different colleges daily, engaging with students, club heads, and college influencers, and pitching the Cerkle platform to them. Your primary goal will be to identify and recruit student ambassadors to sustain momentum and drive engagement within each campus community.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to different college campuses across the city daily to build a physical presence and brand awareness for Cerkle.
• Strike up conversations, pitch the platform, and build strong relationships with key students, club heads, and college influencers.
• Successfully "unlock" and open up new campus communities on the Cerkle feed by reaching critical mass.
• Identify, recruit, and lead a core team of student ambassadors (Cerkle chapters) within each new campus to sustain momentum.
• Actively guide students to download the app, verify their profiles, and start engaging within their specific college communities.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Cerkle among college students.
• Utilize effective presentation skills to pitch the Cerkle platform to college students and influencers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Event Management: Experience in organizing and managing events, preferably on college campuses.
• Presentation skills: Ability to deliver engaging presentations to college students and influencers.
• Sales: Strong sales skills to pitch the Cerkle platform to college students and influencers.
• Marketing Campaigns: Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote a product or service.
• Spoken Communication: Excellent spoken communication skills to effectively interact with college students and influencers.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their marketing potential.
