Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Service Executive, based in Mulshi. The Soft Service Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining soft facility services, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include vendor coordination, monitoring housekeeping and pantry services, managing meeting room setups, and responding to client requirements or concerns effectively. The role also requires tracking service performance metrics and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Qualifications Experience in managing housekeeping, cafeteria services, and similar facilities operations Proficiency in vendor coordination, inventory management, and procurement Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and team coordination Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as quality and compliance requirements Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and time management skills Experience in facility management or a related field is a plus Educational qualifications like a diploma or degree in facility management, hospitality, or a similar discipline
