About the Role

The Fundraiser – Face to Face role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, India.

The role involves engaging directly with members of the public to share CBM India's mission, impact, and programs, with the goal of inspiring individuals to become regular donors or supporters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face interactions at designated locations
• Present clear and compelling information about CBM India's work
• Answer questions to build trust and long-term relationships
• Meet fundraising targets
• Maintain accurate donor information
• Follow ethical fundraising practices
• Represent CBM India in a professional and respectful manner
