Role Responsibilities Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and executing daily project activities Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and task completion Monitor project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to support timely project execution Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and status updates Support task allocation and follow-up to ensure project activities stay on schedule Use MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools for data tracking, reporting, and presentations Help manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced work environment Assist in identifying project risks, issues, and process improvements Support operations and supply chain coordination activities when required Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain workflow efficiency and project alignment Analyze project data and prepare summaries for management review Ensure adherence to internal processes, project guidelines, and organizational standards Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project review discussions Learn and apply project management methodologies, tools, and best practices Provide administrative and coordination support to project teams for successful project delivery Qualifications/Skills Good communication and coordination skills Strong attention to deadlines and task management Basic understanding of project management concepts Ability to work in a team environment Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace Interest in Operations and Supply Chain Management Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Good analytical and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic understanding of internal process management Ability to support project teams and coordinate with stakeholders Skills: management,project,communication,google,excel,coordination skills
