About the Role
As a Process Associate - Customer Service at CareerOniX Jobs & Consultants, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service experience. Your day-to-day tasks will involve making outbound calls, verifying patient eligibility, and addressing insurance denials. You will also be working closely with the team to meet quality benchmarks and improve customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Productivity and analytical skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- English communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Familiarity with quality benchmarks and customer service standards.
