About The Opportunity We are a dynamic company operating within the E-commerce sector in India, dedicated to providing seamless online shopping experiences. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing order processing operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for our customers. Role & Responsibilities Manage and process customer orders efficiently across various e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Shopify, and Etsy. Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure on-time order dispatch. Update and maintain order records and customer information accurately in the order management system. Provide excellent customer service by resolving order issues and answering queries promptly. Monitor order status to ensure all orders are fulfilled according to company standards and deadlines. Collaborate with team members to optimize order processing workflows and improve overall efficiency.
