About the Role
As a Tele-counselor (Education) at Career Paathshala, you will be working on the frontlines of student recruitment, communicating with students and parents to guide them towards the right colleges and courses. This role requires strong convincing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to market various colleges and courses in India and abroad.
You will be working on a call center setup, handling client queries, and providing them with information about different courses and education formats. Although prior knowledge of courses is not necessary, you will receive training after joining the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with students and parents to understand their educational requirements and preferences.
- Guide clients regarding colleges and universities, and courses that suit their needs.
- Market various colleges and courses in India and abroad through on-call marketing.
- Handle client queries and provide them with information about different courses and education formats.
- Work on a call center setup, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Hindi languages.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in handling clients on call.
- Good knowledge about different courses and education formats.
- Graduate from any field.
