About the Role

This Visiting Faculty role at Career Launcher is focused on delivering high-quality instruction in Quality Assurance, Reasoning, and Verbal Ability for learners preparing for competitive exams. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans, create and review questions and study material, and evaluate student performance through tests and assignments.
• Provide constructive feedback to learners to support improvement and address doubts in and beyond the classroom.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong command of verbal ability, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and written communication.
• Proficiency in logical and analytical reasoning, including quantitative reasoning, data interpretation, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in academic content creation, question-setting, and quality assurance for test-prep or similar educational programs.
• Prior classroom teaching, training, or coaching experience for competitive exams is highly preferred.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
