Carbamide Forte (Nutraceuticals), 5:15PM (Grocery & Gourmet), and Wagzee (Pets Supplies) are the brands that we have so far successfully launched. Nutraceuticals like: Tablets, Capsules, Protein Powders and Gummies. Our Brand, Carbamide Forte is a new-age Indian Vitamin Supplements and Sports Nutrition brand with over 300+ products which is the largest range in India by any brand. We aim to break the idea that only foreign Vitamin Brands are the best in quality. We currently sell over nearly 15000 units daily online on various marketplaces. For many years we have been dedicated to creating world class supplements suited for our Indian audience to give them the best internationally sourced ingredients at affordable prices. The brand was an online only brand till 2022 and now we are looking to expand it offline and also take it to different countries. Job Summary: We are looking for a highly driven individual who will take complete ownership of the performance of assigned products on Amazon. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, consistency in daily tracking, and the ability to take quick actions based on data to ensure steady and scalable growth in sales. 1. Daily Sales Tracking & Performance Monitoring - You will be responsible for tracking the daily sales performance of your assigned products on Amazon and identifying whether sales are increasing or declining. Based on these observations, you are expected to take immediate and practical actions to stabilize dips and accelerate growth, ensuring consistent improvement in both revenue and units sold. 2. Sales Growth Strategy - You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to improve the sales performance of your assigned products. This includes working on pricing, visibility, offers, and overall listing performance to drive sustained growth. You are expected to think proactively and continuously identify opportunities to scale product sales. 3. Inventory Coordination - You will work closely with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are always optimized. You are expected to anticipate demand based on sales trends and ensure that your products never go out of stock, thereby avoiding any loss of sales or ranking impact. 4. Competitor Analysis - You will be required to track competitors daily on Amazon, monitoring their pricing, offers, rankings, and new launches. These insights should be actively used by you to refine strategies and maintain a strong competitive position in the market. 5. Cross-functional Coordination - You will work closely with internal teams such as Ads, Marketing, and Cataloguing to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and performance improvements. This role requires strong coordination skills to align all functions towards the common goal of product growth. 6. PPC ADVERTISING & DISPLAY ADVERTISING - You will be responsible for coordinating with the Ads Team to ensure your assigned products sales are maintained and consistently growing. You will support campaign planning, monitor ongoing performance, and ensure products rank well across all keywords on Amazon.
