1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up appointments.
2. Explain our services and benefits to clients clearly and concisely.
3. Keep accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of leads.
5. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled.
6. Continuously update knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with clients.
7. Provide feedback to management on market trends and client preferences to improve our outreach strategy.
