Data Science Ontology (PAN India)

About the Role

This Data Science Ontology role at Capgemini Invent involves working closely with the business intelligence team to design and implement databases, data warehouses, and data lakes. You will collaborate with the development team to gather requirements, design models, and implement data migration. Your expertise in knowledge graph data modeling and ontology creation will be crucial in determining metadata querying requirements and managing data cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement databases, data warehouses, and data lakes using relational databases and data architecture computer systems.
• Collaborate with the development team to gather requirements, design models, and implement data migration.
• Determine metadata querying requirements and manage data cleaning using knowledge graph data modeling and ontology creation.
• Work closely with data scientists to implement data models and ensure data quality.
• Develop and maintain data models using ER modeling, big data, enterprise data, and physical data models.
• Implement data models in cloud environments using data modeling software such as Microsoft Visio, or erwin Data Modeler, Enterprise architect, DB Schema & MySql Workbench.
• Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders using excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in relational databases and data architecture computer systems, including SQL.
• Knowledge of Knowledge Graph data modeling and Ontologies creation with the help of Neo4j and Protégé.
• Higher level of control over how an RDFS or OWL ontology works.
• Familiarity with or a bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information technology, or data modeling.
• Knowledge of ER modeling, big data, enterprise data, and physical data models.
• Familiarity with data modeling software such as Microsoft Visio, or erwin Data Modeler, Enterprise architect, DB Schema & MySql Workbench.
• Experience in any programming/scripting languages- Python, Python Scripting, R scripting, Java scripting.
