About the Role
• Product Support:Provide L1 / L2 support for Capgemini product and system platforms used by global clients.
• Incident Triage:Identify, diagnose and resolve product and system incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Configuration & Maintenance:Help configure, maintain and monitor product and system environments.
• Documentation:Document standard operating procedures, knowledge articles and post-incident reports.
• Stakeholder Communication:Communicate clearly with internal teams and, where applicable, client stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement:Suggest improvements to support processes, runbooks and monitoring.
• Cross-Team Collaboration:Work with senior engineers, QA and product teams to drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
