About the Role We are seeking a highly capable Automation & Systems Integration Engineer to design, implement, and maintain workflow automation systems across e-commerce, manufacturing, operations, reporting, and internal business processes. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming manual business processes into scalable, automated workflows. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business operations by connecting fragmented systems, managing data synchronization, and establishing robust operational visibility. Key Responsibilities Architect & Build: Design and manage end-to-end workflow automation systems using n8n, Make.com, and Zapier. Connect Systems: Integrate e-commerce, ERP (Odoo), CRM, and operational platforms via APIs and webhooks to ensure reliable data synchronization. Optimize Operations: Collaborate with management to audit manual business processes and redesign them into efficient, automated pipelines. Monitor & Maintain: Build robust exception-management, error-handling, and operational monitoring systems to ensure process reliability. Drive Visibility: Create data pipelines, dashboards (Power BI/Metabase), and reporting tools to provide real-time operational visibility. Required Skills Automation & Orchestration: n8n, Make.com, Zapier, workflow orchestration, webhooks, and API integrations. Technical Core: JavaScript, Python (Basic to Intermediate), REST APIs, JSON, SQL / PostgreSQL, and basic Linux/server understanding. Systems Familiarity: Experience with some of the following: Magento / Adobe Commerce, Odoo ERP, Airtable, Retool, Power BI / Metabase, CRM systems, or Google Workspace automation. Preferred / Bonus Skills Understanding of manufacturing workflows or operational analytics. Barcode/QR code workflow systems, WhatsApp/email automation pipelines, or OCR/document workflows. Docker, basic DevOps exposure, or QNAP/server workflow management.
