About the Role
As a Management Trainee in Client Relations & Healthcare Operations at CallHealth, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across the healthcare sector. Your day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating with healthcare professionals, analyzing client needs, and developing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. You will also have the opportunity to work on various projects related to healthcare operations, such as process improvements and quality control initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the healthcare sector, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to understand client needs and preferences, and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Work on various projects related to healthcare operations, such as process improvements, quality control initiatives, and client onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of client interactions, including meeting notes, follow-up actions, and issue resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure CallHealth's compliance and competitiveness.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zoho, is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare operations and regulations, such as HIPAA and ICD-10.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
