About the Role
• Feature Development:Support development of new features and functions in the CrewManager application that manages cockpit and cabin crew schedules.
• System Improvements:Rewrite small parts of the system to improve quality, stability and maintainability.
• Maintenance Tasks:Contribute to regular maintenance and bug-fix tasks across the CrewManager codebase.
• Problem Resolution:Work with senior technical staff to understand software issues and resolve them effectively.
• Customer Support:Respond to customer complaints with software and act on suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
• Design & Code:Design and code complex applications using advanced Java/Spring technology under mentorship.
• Prototyping:Where required, design and build prototype applications or optimization programs to resolve product problems.
