About the Role

As a Growth Marketing Executive at BuzzyBrains Software, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing customer behavior, optimizing marketing campaigns, and developing targeted content to engage with our audience.

You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement data-backed solutions to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
• Conduct thorough analysis of customer behavior and market trends to inform marketing decisions.
• Optimize and improve existing marketing campaigns to increase their effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop targeted content that resonates with our audience.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing efforts.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and its application in marketing strategy.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and their integration with Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong SEO knowledge and experience with Google Search Console.
• Content marketing experience and ability to develop targeted content that resonates with our audience.
• Knowledge of GEO Generative Engine Optimization and AI Search optimization techniques.
• Experience with AI content tools and prompt engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
