About Buzymize: At Buzymize, we partner with ambitious D2C brands to build, launch, and scale from 0 to revenue. From branding, product strategy, content, performance marketing, websites, and growth systems, we operate like an in-house growth team for our clients. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential based on performance. We are looking for a highly driven Sales Intern who wants real exposure to business development, client acquisition, outbound sales, and growth consulting. This is not a sit and observe internship. You'll be in the trenches, learning how deals are sourced, conversations are built, and partnerships are closed. What You'll Be Doing Lead Generation & Prospecting Research and identify potential D2C brands, founders, and decision-makers Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, and databases Maintain and organize prospect pipelines Outbound Sales Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, Instagram, WhatsApp, and cold outreach Start conversations and qualify potential opportunities Book discovery calls for the founders/strategy team CRM & Pipeline Management Update outreach status, follow-ups, and conversations Track meetings, responses, and conversion metrics Maintain clean sales documentation Sales Support Assist in proposal preparation Help coordinate meetings and follow-ups Conduct competitor and market research Growth Projects Work closely with founders on live business development campaigns Learn consultative selling, offer positioning, and client acquisition systems Who We're Looking For Freshers are welcome Strong communication skills (written + verbal) Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking to founders/business owners Highly organized and execution-focused Comfortable with outreach and rejection Strong internet research skills Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Sheets is a plus Prior internship in sales/business development is a bonus (not mandatory) What You'll Learn B2B sales systems Founder-led selling Prospecting frameworks CRM and pipeline management Proposal building Negotiation and client communication How growth partnerships are sold Why Join Us Work directly with founders Real ownership from Day 1 Exposure to fast-growing D2C brands High-performance startup environment Unlimited earning potential (performance-based commissions) Potential PPO based on performance Important Note ⚠️ This is a remote role .
