About the Role

As an SAP SD (S/4HANA Preferred) professional with SAP TM knowledge, you will be responsible for managing the sales and distribution processes of BSH Home Appliances Group's products. This includes handling customer orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP SD and SAP TM modules to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain sales and distribution processes, including order management, shipping, and billing.
• Work with customers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize business processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain reports to track sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP SD and SAP TM software updates and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD and SAP TM modules, including configuration and implementation.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of sales and distribution processes and best practices.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
