About the Role
Duration: 3–4 Months Stipend: Paid Internship Start Date: Immediate / As per availability About The Role We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People Team at Broadway . This internship will give you hands-on experience in the end-to-end hiring process, exposure to employer branding activities, and an opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and leadership across the business. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, etc.) Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring trackers Support TA team in drafting job descriptions and posting on relevant portals Contribute to employer branding efforts through social media and content coordination Assist in campus engagement activities or walk-in drives if any Be involved in candidate experience initiatives – follow-ups, feedback collection, etc. Prepare weekly dashboards and reports for hiring progress and metrics What We're Looking For Graduate/Postgraduate students pursuing HR or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools What You'll Gain Real-time experience in end-to-end recruitment Exposure to talent strategy in a high-growth, modern retail environment Mentorship from an experienced HR team Certificate of Internship
