About the Role

As a Loan Officer for Non-QM & DSCR at BrightHush, you will be responsible for originating loans and building pipelines in the residential real estate finance domain. Your primary focus will be on Non-QM and DSCR loan products, requiring strong relationships with investors and brokers. You will work remotely from India, collaborating with the team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate loans for Non-QM and DSCR products, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and other stakeholders in the residential real estate finance industry.
• Build and manage pipelines of potential loan opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify new business opportunities and expand BrightHush's presence in the market.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates to provide expert advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless loan processing and customer service.
• Contribute to the development of business plans, strategies, and initiatives to drive growth and revenue.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in loan origination, property management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Non-QM and DSCR loan products, including their features, benefits, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with investors, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with residential real estate finance industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates.
