About the Role

  • Domestic calling experience and ability to handle customer inquiries via phone.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using software applications.
  • Non-voice chat process experience and ability to handle customer inquiries via chat.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
