About the Role
As a Telesales Call Centre BPO Executive at Bright Consulting, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to promote products or services, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise. Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. You will work in a fast-paced call centre environment, interacting with customers via phone calls, emails, or chats.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products or services and meet sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, as set by the company.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products or services offered by the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Skills & Qualifications
- Domestic Calling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call centre environment.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
- Degree in any field (preferably in Business or Marketing).
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
