About the Role

As a Power BI Developer at Bridge Soft Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI and related technologies. Your primary focus will be on transforming complex data into actionable insights and creating data-driven dashboards that meet client requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business needs, understand client requirements, and develop data visualizations that drive business decisions.

This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization principles, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and related tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand client needs.
• Develop data visualizations and dashboards that meet business requirements and drive decision-making.
• Work with data engineers to integrate data from various sources and ensure data quality.
• Develop and maintain data warehouses and relational databases to support business intelligence solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices to ensure optimal use of the tool.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of high-quality code.

Skills & Qualifications

• Power BI Developer certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with Azure and cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
