At Brandsjar, we've built brands in 7 countries, worked with 250+ brands across 15+ industries, taken startups to Shark Tank, and partnered with names like Swiggy, Maserati, Tony & Guy and Karnataka State Cricket Association. We do all of this for our clients every day. Now we're looking for someone to do it for us. We're hiring a Brand Marketing Intern based out of our Pune office. You will own Brandsjar's content and brand presence across platforms, create content that actually gets seen, and help grow a brand that builds brands. What you'll do Create and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms Adapt tone and format for each platform depending on where the audience is and what works there Stay on top of trends and find ways to bring Brandsjar into relevant conversations Tell Brandsjar's story through our work, our people and our culture Track what's working and keep improving What we're looking for Someone who lives on social media and understands why certain content works Good writing skills and a basic eye for design Experience running a page, a project or any content initiative, however small Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or Design Someone who brings ideas without being asked What you get Paid internship with a stipend discussed during the interview Real ownership of a live brand's content presence A portfolio of published work across platforms Mentorship from a team that has built and marketed brands across industries and countries A shot at a full-time role based on performance Duration is 3 to 6 months.
